Chemical Skin Peels
Chemical peels use acid (there are different types) to break down the top layer or layers of skin. This is to minimise the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone.

About Chemical Peels
Chemical Peel is one of the oldest cosmetic procedures in the world. Today Chemical peels are among the most popular and widely recognised methods of improving the health and appearance of skin by removing dead skin cells and encouraging new ones to grow.
Chemical peels depth can range from very superficial to deep, although several light depth peels can often achieve similar results to one deeper peel treatment, with less risk and shorter time.
At Alwoodley Aesthetics Skin Clinic we use CLINICCARE peels.
CLINICCARE superficial peels contain a mixture of Glycolic, Lactic, and Salicylic Acids to remove the upper layer of the epidermis encouraging regeneration and rejuvenation of new skin cells.
The result is the improved clinical appearance of skin with fewer fine lines, a brighter complexion, improved skin tone and more youthful appearance.
The CLINICCARE peels come in 3 targeted ranges for specific skin indications and are extremely well tolerated with minimum side effects.
